Arizen Return & Refund Policy

Our Goal: Your Satisfaction

We want you to love your Arizen experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following guidelines:

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and request a refund.

  • Eligible Items:

    • Most products must be unused (unopened if sealable) and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

      • Opened or used teas

      • Opened or used skincare products (creams, lotions, etc.)

      • Opened or used aromatherapy blends

      • (Add any other product types that fall under this restriction)

  • Refund Process:

    1. Contact us at [Your Contact Email] to request a return for eligible items.

    2. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

    3. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we'll inspect the product(s).

    4. You'll receive a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method within [5-7 business days].

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately at [Your Contact Email] with photos if your item arrives damaged or defective. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Exchanges: We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Notes on Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, incorrect order), you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Reasons for Return Denial:

We may deny a refund if:

  • The item is returned outside the 30-day window.

  • The item is used, opened, or not in its original packaging.

  • The item was marked non-refundable at purchase.

  • The item falls under the hygiene/safety restriction list above.
